Responsibilities:
- Cold calls to suitable candidates.
- Screening and sourcing resumes.
- Posting jobs on various job portals/Social Media Platforms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Will get exposure to the end to end recruitment cycle, employee engagement and core HR.
- Coordination with candidates from interview to offer stage.
- MIS data creation using Excel.
- Creation of PPTs using powepoint.
Location: West Delhi near Rohini
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
- Deep understanding of Labour Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Salary : 25K to 40K per month
Experience : Minimum 3 years
