Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with primary & secondary sales in assigned territory.
- Appointing the channel partner for the company to enhance the distributor network.
- To understand the business and analyse the market by collecting the basic information.
- To map the market to understand the territory population, number of retailers, brand presence, product awareness, and competitors’ presence.
- To help distributors to liquidate stock-up articles/ size.
- To ensure visibility of products placed at retailer counters.
- Update retailers & distributors about all promotional activities of the company(only the footwear industry).
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in the Footwear Industry is a must.
Preferable: Should have a 2 wheeler vehicle to visit markets (conveyance expense to be reimbursed by company)
- Should be proficient with smartphone, WhatsApp
- Good communication skills in local language.
Compensation: Monthly Fixed Salary + Expenses + Performance Bonus
