Job Summary
Customer care specialists are responsible for handling email requests from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests, mostly about deliveries of their orders. Using their knowledge of products services or technical support as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business. Agents are required with an intimate knowledge of how the products or services are being sold, have great communication skills and sales experience. Demonstrated success in sales and customer service is required in a call centre setup.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
- Determines requirements by working with customers
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate from any stream.
- E-commerce background is preferred.
- Excellent writing communication required. Efficient writing skills are required.
- English and Italian speaking candidates only allowed.
- Italian language is a must and should be proficient (read & write)
