- Creating new VM , taking snapshots
- Drive extension in the server
- Patching Windows Server through WSUS
- Server hardware alerts and troubleshooting like drive , memory replacement
- Monitoring VMWare environment
- Assigning LUN to cluster
- Support DR activities
- Taking VEEAM backup of the VMs
- Handle high priority tickets
- Taking care of scheduled jobs
- Performance monitoring of the Windows servers.
