Role Purpose:
Responsible for problem solving and working to resolve any query our customers may have. Help and advice customers who have questions about their orders, refunds or returns and actively participate in the management of marketplace accounts and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
General and Task Management
- Work to processes and procedures to provide and maintain an exceptional customer experience.
- Deal with customer queries via email and chat.
- Discuss any issues/concerns with Team Leader to come up with suitable actions to correct them.
- Answering customer complaints, returns and refunds via email.
- Issuing refunds to customers
- Dealing with returns and replacements
- To act as a bridge in between management and customers
Skills/Experience:
- Computer literate
- Diploma/B1 Certificate in French Language
- Have a positive approach and demonstrate setting exceptional standards.
- Team player with great time management
- Problem solver who is results orientated with the ability to build credibility.
- Excellent communication skill in English.
- Excellent in e-mail writing skill.
- Native speaker would be preferred.
Annual CTC: INR 5 - 6 LPA
Note: 2 days per week off (rotational), immediate joiners are preferred.
