Job Description
Lead cross-functional teams through BPM(Business process management) steps, guide development of data collection/root cause analysis, data interpretation, customer journey mapping, process mapping and forecasting of benefits, guide prioritization of efforts based on impact, cost,, and ease of implementation of insurance domain.
Provide inputs on business models, incentive systems, and performance management tools and support engagement with business owners to assess and evaluate specific recommendations around optimization.
Analyze and assure the quality of data collected and develop data collection plans.
Define highly complex business and customer needs and provide analysis toward operational efficiency and drive change within the organization.
Develop a methodology for forecasting of benefits and guiding prioritization of efforts based on impact, cost, and ease of implementation.
Ensures change management processes are included in timelines and recommend changes accordingly.
Reviews operational processes to determine gaps and inefficiencies and and provides suggestions to leadership on improving/designing standard operational processes to increase operational reliability and drive changes to completion.
Facilitates various types of meetings, leadership, and subject matter experts (SMEs) from across the enterprise; drives to desired outcomes, presents findings and strategic recommendations.
Designs and implements strategies to improve efficiency.
Delivers and executes on program analytic best practices, including, but not limited to highlights, scorecards, cost/benefit tracking, resource tracking, risk tracking, deliverable tracking and more.
