Job Description:To support the parent company’s finance department. Managing the day to day admin tasks for the parent company
Support the parent company with finance related administration admin tasks and offering financial reporting assistance to the director.
Inputting and checking invoices for the parent company.
Sales reconciliations for the parent company..
Managing and mentoring the other finance team members.
Finance administration for the parent company.
Bookkeeping for the parent company in the the future.
Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
Processing business expenses
Assisting the accountants by providing all information needed.
Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
Other duties as and when required
Mandatory Skills Required:-
Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office ( Excel)
Experience in Balance Sheet Account Preparation
Detail Oriented
Team management experience.
Good organizational skills
Understanding of budgetary principles
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with accounting software e.g. Xero
