Roles and Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in developing java applications from scratch.
• Experience in startup will be preferable.
• Candidate should have working knowledge in spring boot, hibernate, java and mySQL.
• Designs and develops applications with an eye towards simplicity, reliability, manageability, scalability, extensibility, performance and reusability
• Works collaboratively with technical and business team members to design, develop and maintain business solutions
• Performing requirement analyses
• Develop high-quality and detailed designs
• Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning
• Responsible for Story preparation, development of code, writing automated unit and integration test, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of code
• Perform code reviews and suggest coding practices to team
• Mentor and Guide team on tech and soft skill
• Flow agile best practices and help team deliver on time
• Practice relentless automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery and DevOps
• Strong hands-on development experience on Java / J2EE technologies
• Thorough understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design principles
• Hands-on Experience in application/ Product Development and Spring (MVC) framework
• Good Practical understanding of Java/ J2EE Design patterns
• Strong working knowledge of Java Messaging Services (JMS)
• Strong Working knowledge of SOAP APIs
• Strong Working knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Strong working knowledge of one of ORM technologies like Hibernate / IBatis / MyBatis
• Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies
