Job Description

• 4-12 Years of relevant experience in managing projects for various domains such as IT, Telecom, E-Commerce etc.
  
  
• Develop or lead the development of detailed project charters, project plans, budget estimates, resource plans and status reports including OMM.

• Runs project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.

• Monitors the progress of project tasks, milestones and budgets t ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

• Provide updates to business leadership regarding project status and the application and implementation of new or revised procedures, processes, and/or initiatives.

• Leads and coordinates completion of all project validation asks, including preparation of testing strategy, test scripts and test timelines.

• Responsible for transitioning and improving Agile Methodology in development

• Experience in coaching Product Owner and creating centralized best practices is added advantage
  
  
• Liaise between the customer and technical teams in meeting the expectations of project and delivering on timeline.
  
  

Required Skills

• Should have delivered project / products in Agile methodology for a period of 2 years
  
  
• Agile Consulting certified in Scrum Methodology or ACP will be added advantage.
  
  
• Knowledge of Information Technology, E-commerce, Training, Education and Health Care Domain is added advantage.
  
  
• Should have knowledge of End to End cycle of SDLC and STLC.
  
  
• Should have process knowledge and have carried out improvements in delivery.
  
  
• Should have proven track record in bringing innovation and improvements to the project.
  
  
• Good organizational abilities, oral/written communications and interpersonal skills
