Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances,performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Conduct in house engagement activities like games,birthday parties etc.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Full Time MBA
- Proven relevant experience
- PC literacy and hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Basic knowledge of labour law
- Excellent organizational skills
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years preferably from international BPO/KPO.
Working Days: 5 & half (alternate Saturdays)
Mandatory Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills
- Good in people’s mgmt
- Open to work in shifts
- Well versed with Ms Excel and Word
- Hands on experience in employee engagement,recruitment,attendance & induction
Good to have:
- Knowledge about labour laws
- Knowledge on various recruitment tools like linked in
- Salary processing
- Basic HR Compliances
