1. Become an expert in the functionality of store and payment systems
2. Define, develop and maintain test scripts
3. Design, maintain and execute manual and automated test cases for functional and end-to-end tests

4. Ensure comprehensive test coverage of functional tests and automated regression test suites
5. Create functional test cases based on requirements and design documents in collaboration with business analysts, developers and architects
6. Perform test data readiness for test cases, as applicable
7. Coordinate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
8. Execute backend processes to facilitate order flows through test systems
9. Query databases to validate data accuracy in downstream systems
10. Analyze application logs for better understanding of data related issues
11. Record validation for feeds in various formats like XML, JSON, and CSV

12. Alerts the project team on the potential impact to test schedule
13. Provides timely and accurate status defect information.
