- Prepare the User Acceptance test cases as required by Business User
- Regularly plan testing/quality cycles for the different solutions within the organization

- Responsible for Acceptance of the overall Quality of deliverables across all parameters, 

- Both functional and non-functional including performance, security, usability, etc.

- Pro-actively analyze current processes and practices and suggest/ drive improvements.
- Is responsible for design & development of Test Automation framework / harness and any in-house tools required.

- Setting up Bug management tool and bug repository for the Business users

.- Review the system test cases and functional test cases prepared by the offshore development team.

- Distributes scheduled quality reports to all the business stockholders.

- Is involved in driving organization-wide Quality Process initiatives and their implementation to ensure Quality of deliverables

- Maintains a big and complete picture view of the product, its dependencies, organizational goals, technology arena.

- Is involved in understanding Business requirements and works with the application architect to translate requirements into solution architecture designs.
- Analyzes competitive products and technologies and makes appropriate suggestions (may use demos, pocs) to influence product / technology direction

* Investment Banking Domain Knowledge will be plus

*Must be knowing test planning, test execution and defect management

*Knowledge of Quality Centre Application is must
