We are looking for an IT manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the information technology department.
- Implements and maintains policies and goals that support our companys IT needs
- Helps business operations groups utilize information systems to improve their efficiency.
- Ensures proper functioning of the information processing system and oversees necessary upgrades.
- Ensures computer equipment, hardware, and software are updated to meet organizational needs.
- Oversees access management of employees and ensures no unauthorized softwares are installed on devices in the office.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining uptime of the Datacenter infrastructure, WAN, LAN, Firewall, Antivirus, Security infrastructure, desktops and desktop applications
- Align with corporate for strategies and goals on Networking, Servers, Storages ,VoIP,
- Desktops, Laptops, Mac Systems and other IT infrastructural activities
- Guiding the team of IT Support Engineers on Datacenter functions, Desktop, Printers, MAC
- related functions and Operation support
