ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Up to date experience with the modern web development technologies (in general), and ASP.NET MVC and Sitecore.

* Develop accurate, informed engineering estimates for projects/tasks

* Enhance development standards and introduce new technologies to maximize efficiency and turnaround within the development team

* Work very closely with technical leads to maintain the highest possible level of communication surrounding the engineering and the project development process
* Analyze issues and implement solution using Sitecore to resolve them for Milliman CMS

* Outside of business hours support to ensure a smooth roll out of releases

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

* 5+ Years of Web Application development experience

* Excellent communication skills (Written/Verbal) required because candidate needs to interact with key leadership stakeholders.
* Should be highly confident!
* Innovative thinker when it comes to UI web development.
* HTML5, Css3, JavaScript, jQuery, Sass or Less, Compiler to bundle and minify JS and CSS
* Responsive Web Design, and Web Performance
* Building and Automation tools such as Grunt, Gulp
* Social Media Plugins/integration
* Browser Development tools for debugging and testing
