Job Description
Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:
- Overall responsible for ArcGIS customization
- Develop tools to interact with data stored in SQL server/MS Access
- Responsible for process enhancement initiative to meet the client requirements.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ArcGIS Desktop customization
- Hands on experience in programming with MS SQL Server, MS Access
- Good knowledge in VB.Net or C#.Net
- Exposure to open source GIS tools like QGIS, GeoServer, PostGIS, OpenLayers, GDAL etc. will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge/understanding in developing geospatial data and data components for catastrophe risk insurance industry
- Post Graduate in Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing, Earth Sciences or Graduate in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, and Environmental Science from a reputable institution.
