a. At least five years of field experience in core ABAP programming (SAP).
b. Able to follow project plans and a collaborative team member. Able to work in fast paced environment individually.
c. Write new programs and or investigate existing programs for improvements using different techniques and technologies
d. Strong understanding of programming concepts - ABAP/4 in particular (
e. Hands on experience  screen development, module pool programming, stand alone/classes, subroutine pools, and function module developments, ALV reporting, IDOCs, Workflows, Smartforms, ADOBE forms, User exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Framework.
f. Knowledge of communication protocols such as HTTP, EDI, SMTP, RFC, XML, SOAP, etc. is a plus.
g. SAP functional/business knowledge is a plus.
h. Any experience of SAP product certification support is desired skillset.
i. Strong debugging and issue resolution skills. Able to carry out performance tuning of existing programs
j. Data archiving knowledge is a huge plus.
k. Experience with HANA plate form is a plus
l. Good documentation skill is a plus.
