Job Description:
1 - Responsible for Payroll Management and maintenance of attendance & leave records
2 - Responsible for Statutory compliance like PF, ESI, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment Act, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees, etc
3 - Assist the Senior HR Personnel to Designing & execution of Performance Appraisal System, employees KRA, Increment Matrix, HR Policy & HR Manual, etc
4- Identification of Training need with consultation with All HOD and accordingly designing & prepare training calendar, organize the training & maintaining individual training records of employees
5- Grievance handling of employees and also support taking disciplinary action where required
6 - Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
7 - Experience and ability to use MS Office word, excel and power-point, etc
