Job Description
- Looking for candidate who can work in Maintenance project using technologies like UNIX, Oracle PL/SQL, Shell Script etc
- Candidate is expected to work on problem solving and issue resolutions. Required attributes shall be sharp, focused, high intelligent quotient, intelligence, aptitude, problem solving skill and strong drive
- Prior working knowledge on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL on UNIX/Linux platform is required
- Should be ready to closely work with the Onshore counterparts -Technicians and Business teams
- Should be focused on the Tickets solving techniques as per a stringent SLA and stretch to work with Onshore till closure
- Conduct Working calls and coordinate with Dev and Analyst teams to identify the root cause and follow closed loop process
- Candidate must be flexible to work in Night shifts(US Business Hours)
